Description:
breeze dark icons are blurry and no dark theme has an svg alterntive, how can i fix this?

Steps to Reproduce:
1.reproducible every time

Actual Results:
all icons that work with dark themes are too blurry

Expected Results:
there should be dark theme with an svg counterpart like breeze, elementary, and sifr
i.e. breeze darksvg


Reproducible: Always
