Description:
Drop-down list in cell closes itself without press on Enter key

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open file from attach in Calc
2. Select B2 cell
3. It has a list type of validity
4. Press Alt+arrow down => it selected value in cell to next at once without press Enter key

It should allow select any value from the list by arrow keys (up or down) and only after selecting I should press Enter key for value changing in the cell

Actual Results:
Alt+arrow down key just selects next value in the list instead opportunity select any value in the list by arrow keys up or down

Expected Results:
Alt+arrow down key should give me opportunity select any value in the list with follow press Enter key for changing the value in the cell


Reproducible: Always

but it works as expecrted in 6.3 version, so it's a regression
