Hello,
In french version of LibreOffice 6.4.0.3 , the text "Ne pas enregistrer" is'nt visible, we have "Don't save"

On Win10 with LO 6.4.1.2 with French UI, I don't reproduce this.

First could you upgrade to 6.4.2?
Then if you still reproduce this, could you rename your LO directory profile and give a new try (see https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/QA/FirstSteps#Corrupted_user_profile) ?

Exact, I can't reproduce after this update ! 

Excuse me!! I had use ninite installer https://ninite.com/libreoffice/ and it isn't the last version
