Description:
In the Tools>Customise_kbd English menu, French keynames (Ctrl+Bas, Ctrl+Espace, …) are used —with explanations in English.


Steps to Reproduce:
1.open a Writer file
2.Tools>Customise_kbd menu
3.go past Ctrl+F16

Actual Results:
some keynames (Ctrl+Bas, Ctrl+Espace, …) are in French

Expected Results:
keynames should be in English in an English context


Reproducible: Always

On which env are you?
Do you have several LO versions?
For the test, could you rename your LO directory profile (see https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/QA/FirstSteps#Corrupted_user_profile) and give a new try?

0: In French version, use Tool>Options>LanguageSettings>Languages, choose LanguageOf>UserInterface: Eng(USA), LocaleSetting: French(Canada); click OK. At prompt, choose to restart LO.
1: Tool>Customize>kbd still shows keynames in French.
2: Close LO, delete user profile, reopen LO —in French; repeat steps 0, 1: same results.

So you need to change your chosen keyboard layout *in Windows settings*.
