Example file from Word

Steps to reproduce:

1.	Attached file contains XLS / XLSX files dragged and dropped into a Word file, then  saved as DOCX
2.	Open the file in Writer.

Actual results:
The OLE icons are displayed blurred in Writer, with the file name unreadable.

Expected results:
The icons should not be blurred.
