Description:
"Tools => Chapter Numbering" Numbers chapters (H1) and other headings (H2-4) correctly in a PDF file but the numbers don't make it to the EPUB file

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create a file with H! chapters and H2-3 headings
2.Use Tools => Number chapter to automatically number the chapters
3.Export to PDf, Export to EPUB
4.Compare the PDF to EPUB

Actual Results:
No numbers in EPUB

Expected Results:
Should look the same


Reproducible: Always

Additional Info:
It looks like nobody tested any EPUB output

You did :) That's how crowded OSS project works. We are all testers.

Since you attached great epub template attachment 158910 [details], please say exactly where and what is missing. 
Is this a duplicate of bug 114164?
