Could you give a try at https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/QA/FirstSteps ? Also, could you indicate on which env are you? (Linux, Windows, MacOS) Received from the author: "Bug solved, I removed the user profile and bug seems fixed..." Thank you for your feedback.
