Tor, possibly you know anything about it? Sorry, the video does not open for me. But I haven't touched any macOS code in a while anyway.. @Roman : that video looks like the fixed dimension StartCenter window is being drawn briefly before being repainted with the content and dimension of the actual selected dialog. Seems to be same issue as tdf#131549. Issue seems to be caused by calling modal dialogs as Cocoa drop down dialogs now. These kind of dialogs have to be attached to window frame. Either implementation of these modal dialogs is intended and buggy or it is not intended and a regression.
