Description:
After setting the line spacing to 1.15 it is displayed 1.5

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create a new document with User interface Default French (France)
2. set the line spacing to 1.15 with the toolbar button (but idem if via the format dialog)
3. Click on the Line Spacing button (toolbar or Sidebar> Properties> Spacing)

Expected result: listbox displays 1.15
Actual result: Displays 1.5

I think it's a translation problem because in ui EN the display is ok.

Displays 1.5


Expected Results:
listbox displays 1.15


Reproducible: Always

On pc Debian x86-64 with master sources updated today, I could reproduce this.

Let's put this one to FIXED at least for target:7.0.0
About 6.4 branch, perhaps on 6.4.3 or moreover 6.4.4.
