1. Open attachment 133366 [details] from bug 107696
2. Export it to xhtml

-> sublevels has the whole hierarchy. e.g. (B.2.b)Levle 3, numbering (b) while in LibreOffice is just (b)Levle 3, numbering (b). See comparison image
