Description:
I went so far as to uninstall the LibreOffice program from my computer.  Then I re-installed it again.  I rebooted my computer.  I double clicked on the icon for the new LibreOffice and it did the SAME thing.  Where is the program?

Did you download LO from official website? (https://www.libreoffice.org/download/download/)
