Issue found by https://gerrit.libreoffice.org/c/core/+/93316

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open sw/qa/extras/ww8export/data/fdo66304-1.odt
2. Save it as DOC
3. Reopen the new file

-> Number of pages is 31 instead of 2

Sorry, but don't know how to do this. I've found https://gerrit.libreoffice.org/c/core/+/16468/2/sw/qa/extras/ww8export/data/fdo66304-1.odt but AFAIK, it's not a odt-file, but html-file.

3.3.0 ends up with 21 pages, 3.5.0 with 8.

This ODT actually is 30 pages of deleted content - visible when you View - Show tracked changes.

repro 24.2+ - I only tested DOCX export.

But actually, it is mostly OK for DOCX. Just a few extra paragraphs relating to page style breaks - and that isn't too surprising since MSO doesn't have page styles, so a lot of emulation is needed, and somehow all that information needs to be retained in case the change is rejected. So extremely low priority.
