Bug 132882

Description:
When you copy/paste a table, the number of the copies is increasing with each paste action. 

1st action -> 1 copy is created, cursor appears after the 1st copy (table2)
2nd action -> 2 copies are created, cursor appears after the 2nd copy (table3) If you try to change the cursor position, it does not change. 
3rd action -> 4 copies are created, cursor appears after the 3rd copy (table4)

When the user adds text at this point (type "hello"), 8 "hello"s appears on the screen as the total number of tables. 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new file (File - New -Text document). Don't add text.
2. Create a table,say 2x2 (top short cut menu or Ctrl+F12 or Table ->Insert table, all lead to the same result, don't have impact on the outcome)
3. Select the table with your mouse & copy (Ctrl+C or right click+copy)
4. Click below the table & paste (Ctrl+V or right click+paste)
5. Repeat this action, you'll see multiple copies created with each attempt 
6. Add text, you'll see multiple copies of this text based on the total number of tables including the extras

Actual Results:
Multiple copies created (with increasing number) for each paste action. Cursor appears after the actual copy. When the user adds text, it appears on the screen as many times as the total number of tables.

Expected Results:
1 table should be created with each paste action. 1 text should be created regardless of the number of tables.
