Description:
When I want to decrease a line width via the toolbar, it actually increases?!

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new document.
2. Insert line via "Insert" --> "Shape" --> "Line" --> "Line".
3. Draw the line.
4. Increase the line width twice via the toolbar element.
5. Decrease the line width via the toolbar element.

Actual Results:
The line width increases to 0,18 cm and then to 0,35 cm - while the number in the toolbar switches to 0,10 cm and 0,20 cm.
After hitting the button to decrease the width, the actual line width increases to 0,53 cm.
If I try to manually overwrite the width to some value, seemingly random values will show up in the field.

Expected Results:
The decrease button should decrease the line width.
Also, it should be possible to enter arbitrary line widths in the toolbar field, so that the line gets the entered width.

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: Yes
