copy some text from any website or from your amy document outside of the LibreOfficeDev 7.0.0.0 beta1, or any of your file name (rename  + copy to clipboard), and so on, ans then try to paste in your LibreOfficeDev 7.0.0.0 beta1's Writer. it crashes....
I didn't try any other apps inside the LibreOfficeDev 7.0.0.0 beta1, just needed a Writer documents

Just to know if it's specific to gtk3, could you try this:
- launch a term/console
- type:
export SAL_USE_VCLPLUGIN=gen
- launch LO
- then test again

copied and pasted into the terminal as user
$ export SAL_USE_VCLPLUGIN=gen
opened a Writer, and pasted the same text from e-mail. the same problem.

I seems it should be fixed from LO 7.0.0.1
