Cut/copy disabled when selecting column cc

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attachment 162025 [details]
2. Right click column CC
3. Notice copy/cut being disabled.. Select a single cell in row 3 or 4 instead (of column CC)

Actual Results:
Copy/paste disabled

Expected Results:
Is there any reason?

Not at all column CC but columns containing arrays in first two rows.
