This is not a bug. LibreOffice does not provide a Multi-Document Interface (MDI), but that has been requested: bug 37134 and bug 31481 While bug 33173 is open to allow a document to be presented in its divisions/sections/frames as a Tabbed UI For now as you open multiple documents, they are linked within the module, and you can move between the open documents from the entries on the main menu's 'Window' entry. |
