Example file from Word

Attached user-made document is the neutralized original of the bugdoc in bug #134606
Even after fixing that one the nested table in this one loses all of its columns after the first.

Steps to reproduce:
    1. Open attached document

Actual results:
The nested table has only one column.

Expected results:
The nested table should retain its columns.
