Press Enter after kurulmuştur -> Bullet appears, shouldn't I confirm the expected behaviour but it's also the intended behaviour: Paragraph Style of the new Paragraph is "Default Paragraph Style". If you look at the Outline & Numbering tab of that paragraph style, you see, that paragraph has a bullet as numbering style by default.
