Description:
FILEOPEN DOC: Slower file opening DOC with a very large page splitting table (compared to 4.4.7.2)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Wait until it opens

Actual Results:
51 seconds with 7.1

Expected Results:
22 seconds with 4.4.7.2


Reproducible: Always
