Description:
I had a Calc file "test_temp.ods" with 40M. It insert 400 images with "anchor to cell".

When I save file, it prompt the following error.

Error saving the document test_temp:

The operation on /Users/abcd/Library/Application Support/LibreOffice/4/user/temp/lu4690jxdy3.tmp/lu4690jxdy5.tmp cannot be performed because too many files are already open.

I do have the same problem in LibreOffice 6.4.1.2.  Then I upgrade to version 7.0.0.1rc , the problem still occur.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.When you create a ods file with more 400 images and about 40M 
2.Just click "save" 
3.The problem happened

Actual Results:
The file crashed. The file cannot save.

Expected Results:
The file can save correctly.

Is it possible to share the file in question (publicly) or eventually privately with Xisco: xiscofauli@libreoffice.org)

And/or could you test if there is an older version working properly
