Since the tight integration dialog can be opened from various places tailored to the context, feedback is needed to show the user what's going on. I suggest to show the current tag in the title like "Extensions: Templates" (when started from the template manager) or "Extensions: Dictionaries" when started from Tools > Options > Writing Aids (see also bug 135271).
