Coudl you give a try at https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/QA/FirstSteps#Corrupted_user_profile ? Also, what LO version do you use? 32 or 64 bits? If you use LO 32 bits, you must have Java 32 bits LO 64 bits -> Java 64 bits Also, could you give a try to last 6.4.5? (In reply to Julien Nabet from comment #1) > Coudl you give a try at > https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/QA/FirstSteps#Corrupted_user_profile ? > > Also, what LO version do you use? 32 or 64 bits? > If you use LO 32 bits, you must have Java 32 bits > LO 64 bits -> Java Julien - Thank you for your comment. Yes, I have removed my user profile, both by using the instructions and by deleting: C:\Users\MH\AppData\Roaming\LibreOffice. I still have the problem - even after de-install then re-install. I am using 64 bit with 64 bit Java. If I set up a new user on the PC, then all is good for that new user. So, something appears to be left behind and is causing the failure. [Automated Action] NeedInfo-To-Unconfirmed I have completely re-installed Windows and all other software from scratch. This seems to have cured the issue, but is a drastic thing to have to do. Malcolm Maybe there was a problem on Windows, a problem that being solved resolved the LibreOffice problem. |
