Description:
Part of table border missing deleting a row in a DOCX

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. File save as DOCX
3. File reload
4. Delete the top row

Actual Results:
Left top border lost

Expected Results:
Border still around


Reproducible: Always

Does not seem to be docx-specific, the same happens to the original odt in:

Version: 7.2.0.0.alpha0+ (x64)

But the cells border settings (Table - Select - Cell then Table properties) shows that these particular cells don't have top and right borders, we see the bottom border of the top cell in the original.
I think this is NAB.
