Description:
The introducion of RAND.NV() is fine! However it´s behaviour that it can be triggered by F9 only when the focus is on the cell conaining RAND.NV() is i.m.h.o. a bit too special. I expected (and tried) marked- as well as named cell-ranges which contained
several RAND.NV()s with the focus on arbitrary cells within these ranges, but only the specified cell was recalculated.
I´d suggest to extend RAND.NV()-functionality as described above. While giving more flexibility, this would not spoil the
original function.

The extended funtionality of RAND.NV() would allow to change calculations or
entries into a spreadsheet without changing one or more given SETS of rnd-numbers.
This whole SET would be updated on F9 only when the focus is on a
a cell which is inside a the named cell-range containg the RAND.NV() functions.
This would be useful for simulation of stock-quotes.

This is nothing RAND.NV() specific though. F9 recalculation acts only on the currently active cell, regardless of selection (apart from volatile functions and pending dependencies that it also recalculates). I thought there was already an RFE for that but couldn't find it.
