Have you tested with a clean profile. Menu/Help/Restart in Safe Mode.

When I recovered the document, there was no further problem in regular mode, so did not attempt safe mode. 

Any suggestion on how to reproduce the problem?

There are corner cases, difficult to reproduce, in other computers with different configurations.

Please let this close as works for me, and if you have it again, reopen it.
