This happens in calc and writer on Win64, but I've seen reports of it happening in Linux builds.  I'm using 7.0.1.2 but it happened in 6.x as well.

It seems to start at random times, but once it starts, it happens until restarting the program.

The cut and copy operations are working, if you use ctrl-V to paste, or paste to another program (notepad) that works, however the right click menu and main edit menu paste is inactive.

Doing copy twice will activate paste.
