Description:
Brand new install of 7.0.1 portable from - https://www.libreoffice.org/download/portable-versions/ - https://download.documentfoundation.org/libreoffice/portable/7.0.1/LibreOfficePortable_7.0.1_MultilingualStandard.paf.exe

On windows 7 x64.

I have a 6.2.2 portable install in a separate directory which works fine.

The menu graphics are all squiffy. See the attached screenshot. Restarting the application doesn't fix it.

Application is evidently completely unusable.

Please attach skia.log from your AppData\Roaming\LibreOffice\4\cache

Also, test with a recent master build: https://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/master/current.html
Skia bugs are being squashed all the time.

To get rid of the issue, uncheck Tools - Options - LibreOffice - View - Use Skia for all rendering
