Description:
Images resized if opening image properties with type tab & press OK

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attachment 162570 [details]
2. Select the cat. Right click image properties
3. Type tab -> press OK -> Shrink images

Actual Results:
Shrink image without changing anything

Expected Results:
Dialog should reflect the current situation. So pressing OK shouldn't change anything

My suspicion: I save this on MacOS with different DPI? And fall back DPI is used..  Image has no embedded DPI set :-(

So duplicate..

Confirmed shrinking on Linux.

If it's related to the aforementioned bugs, it's still to be investigated.
