Description:
Crash after relaunch after changing User Interface Language

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open Writer
2. Tools -> Options -> Language setting -> Language
3. Click interface language
4. Type: German
5. Select German
6. Press OK
7. Restart dialog appears
8. Restart now 
9. No restart (stuck) & second launch a crash report appears

Actual Results:
Crash

Expected Results:
No crash

User Profile Reset: should be tried before too-soon reporting.

It's not the user profile as such, however switched to OpenGL (for testing) and forgot the re-activate Skia. It's caused by they OpenGL code.. 

Likely not to be fixed..
