Description:
undocked find doesn't get focus when writer is brought to the foreground

Steps to Reproduce:
prerequisites: find is undocked, at least one other GUI program is running

1. press ^F to open the find window
2. press alt-tab to switch to a different program
3. press alt-tab to switch back to writer

Actual Results:
main writer window has focus

Expected Results:
find window should get focus and probably should be modal


Reproducible: Always

For the record - not seeing the problem in GTK3 - Ubuntu 20.04 on 7.2 master.

Just to confirm, do you see this issue when launching from the command line with

SAL_USE_VCLPLUGIN=gen libreoffice

or

SAL_USE_VCLPLUGIN=gtk3 libreoffice

A new major release of LibreOffice is available since this bug was reported.
Could you please try to reproduce it with the latest version of LibreOffice
from https://www.libreoffice.org/download/libreoffice-fresh/ ?
I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to
'UNCONFIRMED' if the bug is still present in the latest version.

And sorry, I missed the previous comment (2). It is even worse with VLC=gen or gtk3: undocked find doesn't get focus on invocation and second ^F makes writer loose focus completely, i.e.

1. press ^F - find opens
2. type something - characters are typed in the document window, not the find box
3. press ^F once more
4. type something - characters appear neither in the find box nor in the document window.

Completely unusable. Also undocked find status is retained between sessions: if undocked find was open when writer was closed, it will open next time at startup even though ^F was not pressed. IMHO it is wrong, undocked find status should not be retained between sessions.
