Table in XLSX format. And AutoFilter.

The data in my Calc spreadsheet applies AutoFilter. If you copy data immediately after opening the table, then all data in the range is copied (this is wrong). If you delete or change the filter and then copy the selection, then only the selection is copied (as it should be).
The original table in XLSX format. If the table is saved as an ODS, it works fine.

i remember some clue from @erAck? on another issue: 

'*.xlsx doesn't store the filtering situation, but only the outfiltered rows as hidden', or similar, 

that applies here, if you open the filter dropdown on the reloaded sheet all items are checked, but the formerly outfiltered rows are hidden, 

as ex$el itself can do better - tested 2010 - i'd say 'weakness of xlsx implementation in calc' ...
