I have crashes in 7.1+ in Windows upon trying to mailmerge print for bug 137510.

1. add Address book for ODS attachment 166393 [details] and choose Database table, without Field Assignment, set address books name as "2020-placement etudiants", Next, Finish
2a 1st crash already on View-Data Sources
2b 2nd crash on print ODT attachment 166392 [details]

My not be straight-forward, but crashes. 
Also with user profile reset.

I can't reproduce it in

No crash now. 
Can not explain how I had them with empty profile.
