Description:
Applying Libre Office White theme makes the menu-bar characters invisible when Gnome's Adwaita-dark theme is applied to the system.

Steps to Reproduce:
From menu-bar, Tools | Options | LibreOfficeDev | Personalization | Pre-installed themes, select White theme.

Actual Results:
See Writer_7.1.0.0.aplha_plus_White_theme.png

Expected Results:
Contrast of menu-bar's characters compared to White theme not to be null.

So don't use the White preinstalled theme with its *static* White PNG image header and footer with an os/DE theme that applies white/light gray fonts!

We'll assume that the see also bug 125217 for a replacement of the static area fills will actually respond to os/DE theming.
