Description:
The Place holder text in Object Area for AutoLayout (Master Slides or normal slides) have red underlining (with non-english spell checker language)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Impress (make sure the locale is different from UI language)
In my case language is set to Dutch with Dutch Dictionary active

Actual Results:
Underlining in 'place holder' text

Expected Results:
No underlining because it's 'virtual' text.

"Click to add text" (STR_PRESOBJ_OUTLINE), and *title, are localized variables. But while the document language depends on the Tools > Options > Locale these variables are taken from the UI. In fact, it makes more sense to use the locale here.
