Description:
Area transparency doesn't seem to work properly with glow effect on

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Select the fontwork
3. Properties deck -> Drag the transparency slider for 'area'

Actual Results:
Everything getting orange (because of glow effect)

Expected Results:
More transparent (don't glow so interact with area)

Glow treats any part of image that is not *fully* transparent as the source of glow. Glow intensity does not depend on "intensity" of the source. Glow intensity only fades in the areas outside of the source. That's how it works in the MSO, which was used as model for implementation.
