When changing a shapes anchoring to “As Character” its textframe falls out of the shape.

Steps to reproduce:
    1. Open attached file, it contains a simple Rectangle shape with a textbox added to it.
    2. Right click the shape, open Position and Size dialog OR select Anchor -> As Character
    3. Select the As Character anchoring option

Actual results:
Textframe is separated from the shape.

Expected results:
Shape and Textframe stay together.

I was able to reproduce with the steps provided in below environment.


Version: 7.0.2.2 (x64)
Build ID: 8349ace3c3162073abd90d81fd06dcfb6b36b994
CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 19041; UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: win

tdf#137819 sw: fix textboxes anchoring "As Char"

It will be available in 7.2.0.

The patch should be included in the daily builds available at
https://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/ in the next 24-48 hours. More

Affected users are encouraged to test the fix and report feedback.
