Description:
In the navigator in Writer, it's possible to move chapters in the document by promoting and demoting them. It would be nice if you could do something similar with the rows in a table.

I don't think it's nesessary in Navigator at all

Moving objects (OLE, images, frames, tables) around is not possible neither rows/cols are listed somewhere. So in respect to the Navigator I agree with the previous -1/WF statements.

If it's about the table management itself, we have bug 113603 with some considerations. Join the discussion there.
