Description:
LODev 7.1.0.0.alpha: The slider (to scan the text up-and-down) does not work properly. topSlider.png shows the top of the file, but the slider is lower; actually, there is a very thin slider at the correct, top position.


Steps to Reproduce:
1.scan up the text
2.
3.

Actual Results:
Arrive at BOF but slider lags behing

Expected Results:
slider should follow smoothly


Reproducible: Always
