Description:
UI: a tooltip how the change unknown author for comment

Steps to Reproduce:
Open Writer
2. Insert a comment (assuming not user settings set in Tools -> Options -> user data

Actual Results:
Yellow comment box; unknown author

Expected Results:
Maybe tooltip or way to change they author (so adding user data)

Maybe, of we can set a tooltip for the label only. But not the whole comment.

I think maybe a MsgBox is better. Also, there should be a "Do not ask about me again" option.

Less interrupting than a messagebox would be the infobar.

The topic was on the agenda of the design meeting but didn't receive further input. It's well documented and advertised, eg. per Tip-of-the-Day, and one of the bits that needs to be learned. So resolving WF now.
