Please convert Russian spelling dictionaries to UTF-8 Unicode standard line terminators. This concerns the files:

ru_RU.aff: ISO-8859 text
ru_RU.dic: ISO-8859 text, with CRLF, LF line terminators

On pc Debian x86-64 with master sources updated today, here's what I got:
ru_RU.dic: UTF-8 Unicode text, with CRLF, LF line terminators
ru_RU.aff: UTF-8 Unicode text

So for UTF-8 Unicode, it should be ok.
