Description:
Blue-colored left border and bottom lines remain after leaving Tables, Queries and Forms icon menus.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open .odb file, default selection is on Forms icon menu.
2. Click Tables
3. Click Queries, blue-colored left border and bottom lines remain on Tables icon menu
4. Click Forms, blue-colored left border and bottom lines remain on Tables and Queries icon menus.
5. Click Reportss, blue-colored left border and bottom lines remain on Tables, Queries and Forms icon menu.

Actual Results:
Blue-colored left border and bottom lines remain after leaving Tables, Queries and Forms icon menus.

Expected Results:
It does not affect working but it should not show.

Additional information:
I am using Fedora 33 Workstation Official Edition (GNOME Desktop 3.38) and LibreOffice from Fedora Repository by default.

Could reproduce the buggy behavior. Depending of the windows-schema it will have another color (here: blue or green ...). The borders will appear when going down from "Tables" to "Queries" and so on. They will go away when going up for "Reports" to "Forms" ans so on.

Could be this bug is already reported. I will have a look.

Tested all with LO 7.0.4.2 and OpenSUSE 15.1 64bit rpm Linux.
