I don't have the EvolutionLocal option, just Bibliography.
So, I don't repro. Try a newer version.

I can't reproduce this, because I haven't installed gtk3 any more. So let us close this one to WORKSFORME. |
Created attachment 168449 [details] Screenshot of the error, which appears under gtk3 when the List Box wizard starts. Open a new Writer document. Have a look, if Form → Control Wizard is set to 'yes'. Start with Form → List Box and draw a List Box. With VCL: gtk3 an error appears (Connection to SDBC driver Evolution Local couldn't found → this is an internal database of LO by the default settings of LO). This doesn't happen with VCL: kf5 Tested with LO 7.0.4.2 on OpenSUSE 15.1 64bit rpm Linux. Happens also on LO 6.4.6.2 with VCL: gtk3 Doesn't happen with LO 6.3.5.2 with VCL: gtk3
