I think it would be very useful to have a form control or a frame that renders and displays the html code contained in it

In this way it would also be easy to do mail merge and render image in frame also in writer and in other programs.

I could insert a text like this in the frame:

<img src="./images/[TableImages].[link]" alt="[TableImages].[title]" width="640" height="480"/>

... and the frame would render my image

It would also be very useful to have a control in the forms that accepts formatted text and save html code in record ... as happens in most controls on web pages

You can't confirm your own bugs. Moving it back to UNCONFIRMED until someone

By using the image form control you can enter the link in the properties dialog. But LibreOffice is not a HTML editor/viewer and adding those capabilities affects security. 

There are plenty of other methods to "render image in frame" respectively to have it as background.
