Description:
LO Draw for MS Windows crashes to desktop as soon as I right-click to bring up the context menu to correct a word not recognized by LO's dictionary.

Does not happen in LO Write.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch Microsoft Windows Libre Office Draw
2. Create a text box
3. Type a character combination in the text box not recognized by the dictionary
4. Right-click the character combination to correct the spelling

Actual Results:
Immediate crash

Expected Results:
Spelling checking options should appear

CORRECTION: 

The crash ALSO occurs in LO Write in a floating text box. It does not occur if the word which is not recognized by the dictionary occurs on the galley and is right-clicked on the galley.

No crash occurs inside a floating text box if the word right-clicked on happens to be recognized by the dictionary.

Confirm.. same thing as tracked for bug 139493.. Steps bit easier

FWIW: Windbg shows: VclScrolledWindow::getVertScrollBar [which matches bug 139493)
And steps identical too
