This is a follow-up of bug 134288

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attachment 162385 [details] from bug 134288
2. Click on the textbox to edit it

-> text box renders vertically instead of horizontally

The textbox in PP 2016

Looks like this textbox has a 0x0 size set in PP, but that does not hinder PP in any way when displaying or inline editing its text.
