At the menubar there are different settings for languages (like Language per paragraph, document, ...) this options are very importend but not well available within the Notebookbar implementations.

Would make it a duplicate of bug 103036. Do you agree?

Besides, we have the statusbar and similar requests were resolves as NAB/WF, for example bug 81797 or bug 96988.
