UI: Spacing between columns and formula bar gone

Steps to Reproduce:
1. See screenshot (comparison 4.4.7.2 and 7.2). Notice area above the columns lacking something .. no clue how to call that

This was a deliberate UI change by the designers, see bug 138687.
