Outline ode is only available, if you enable experimental features. You have to do this first, if you clean your user profile. But very minor problem is that in case that user doesn't enable experimental features he has this "feature" available (without checkbox), as you can see on the screenshot. I find it confusing. I find it confusing. I agree, but personally, I wouldn't open a new bug report for that.
