Description:
Space on the left side and right side of 'Add item' and 'Remove item' is too big when expand the 'Tools/Customize' panel.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Calc
2.Click Tools
3.Click Customize
4. Expand the Customize panel


Actual Results:
Space on the left side and right side of Add item and Remove item is too big when expand the Tools/Customize panel.

Expected Results:
It should keep the same initial size and not be expanded simultaneously when Customize panel is expanded.
